CPA 15B-03 / DMS No. 57451 (Ridgewood Lakes) - The applicant, Marc Jacobson of Walton Acquisitions, LLC, is requesting to change the Future Land Use Map designation on approximately 2,320 acres within Phase II of the Ridgewood Lakes DRI boundary to include 611 acres from RMX to RLX, 96 acres from ECX to RMX, 16 acres from ECX to NACX, 82 acres from RHX to RLX, 27 acres from NACX to ECX, 7 acres from RMX to CCX, and 1,122 acres from RMX, RLX and ECX to PRESVX and A/RRX. The site is located east of the existing Ridgewood Lakes development boundary, west of CR 547, from Ernie Caldwell Blvd southward to North Blvd in Sections 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 33, and 34, Township 26, Range 27 and Section 4, Township 27, and Range 27.
LDC 15T-06 / DMS No. 57732 (Ridgewood Lakes) - The applicant, Mark Jacobson, is requesting an LDC text amendment to Section 401.06, Table 4.21 US North Ridge SAP Density Bonus Awarded (Residential Districts), to allow greater lot size flexibility in RL-4X with a Planned Development, and to Section 402.D to remove the specificity of the DRI entitlements and eliminate conflict with adopted DRI Development Orders.
