5. Tahoe Area Regional Transit (TART) Route 267 Bus Service Funding Approval

Board to approve three year funding partnership with TART and Town of Truckee to extend year round bus service on highway 267

 PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public may make comments at this time on any items not appearing on the agenda that are of interest to the public and are within the jurisdiction of the Board and ACAT. Pursuant to the Brown Act, no discussion or action, other than a referral, shall be taken by the Board or ACAT on any issue brought forth under Public Comment. Comments relating to items on today’s agenda are to be taken at the time the item is heard. Time allotted to each speaker is determined by the Board President; however, comments will generally be limited to five minutes.

 10. REVIEW OF PUBLIC REQUEST TO CONSIDER ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY WITHIN PC-3

Staff will present information related to the public request for the District to consider acquisition of portions of PC-3

9. HANGAR 3 PROJECT UPDATE REPORT

Ad Hoc committee and staff will present various design options and project costs for the Hangar 3 project

 11. UPDATE ON CALM WIND RUNWAY PROGRAM

General Manager will update the Board on progress towards designation of a calm wind runway

12. REVIEW OF DISTRICT COMMUNITY SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM

The Board will review current Policies related to community sponsorships and funding requests for community projects and events. Board may form Ad Hoc Committee to consider revised Policy.

 13. REVIEW OF BUDGET REQUEST PROCESS FOR THE 2015-2016 FISCAL YEAR

Director of Finance will review budget timeline and process for items to be included in the Fiscal Year 2016 Budget
