1. Assessor: Approve Tax Roll Corrections as listed in batch dated April 16, 2018, pursuant to ARS Title 42, Chapter 16, Article VI. (A full listing of all corrections is available from the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.)
2. Finance: Approve the Accounts Payable Demands disbursed in the amount of $4,542,250.19 and Payroll in the amount of $1,561,470.21 during the period of March 08, 2018 through March 22, 2018. (A detailed listing is available for review in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.)
3. Clerk of the Board: Approve the minutes for the April 2, 2018 Regular Session.
4. County Administration/Elections: Approve a correction to the expiration of the terms of office for the following precinct committeemen: Cheryl Silhan Precinct 38, Democratic; Michele "Gina" Watts Precinct 1, Democratic; Frederic B. Brown Precinct 5, Democratic; Susan M. Israels Precinct 40, Democratic; Doug Jennings Precinct 13, Democratic; Thomas C. Ramus Precinct 24, Republican; Jason R Bradley Precinct 10, Democratic; & Rina Wojcik Precinct 12, Democratic. Terms will expire on October 1, 2018.
5. Sheriff's Office: Award the Full Body Security Scanner System and Service contract for the Yuma County Detention Center to KPrime Technologies at the listed price of $105,298.00 subject to legal review and effective
May 1, 2018. Funding is currently available through the Arizona Department of Public Safety Immigration Fund.
6. Public Health Services District: Authorize District Director to sign Contract No. ADHS18-193952 for the Ryan White Part B HIV Care and Services between the Arizona Department of Health Services and the Yuma County Public Health Services District, effective April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2023.
7. Public Health Services District: Authorize the District Director to sign the Letter of Appointment and Acceptance of Appointment between the Yuma County Public Health Services District and Rural/Metro Ambulance - Yuma for the issuance of open burning permits and enforcement, to expire on Aprill 16, 2028.
8. Development Services/Flood Control District: Appoint Mr. Kenneth Baughman to the Yuma County Flood Control Advisory Board At-Large Member/City Resident position for the term ending on August 20, 2021.
9. Development Services/Planning & Zoning: Craig R. Colvin, agent for Estrella Units 3 & 4 LLC., requests approval of the final plat for Estrella at Mesa Del Sol Unit 4 subdivision consisting of 143 residential lots on 41.51 acres zoned Medium Density Residential (R-2), Assessor's Parcel No. 700-08-001, located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Camino del Sol and County 10th Street.
10. Superior Court/Juvenile: Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution No. 18-125, increasing budget authority by $56,615 in the Juvenile Detention Education Fund and increasing contingency by $29,531.
11. Superior Court/Adult Probation: Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution
No. 18-119, increasing budget authority in the State Aid Enhancement Fund (SAE) by $40,491, decreasing salaries and ERE's by $28,835, and increasing contingency by $69,326.
12. Superior Court/Adult Probation: Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution
No. 18-120, increasing budget authority by $19,791 in the Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund (JCEF IPS/SAE), decreasing salaries and ERE's by $25,271 and increasing contingency by $45,062.
13. Superior Court/Adult Probation: Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution
No. 18-121, decreasing budget authority in Intensive Probation Services (IPS) by $47,000, reflecting a decrease in salaries and ERE's by $201,764 and increasing Contingency by $154,764.
14. Superior Court/Adult Probation: Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution
No. 18-122 Increasing budget authority by $1,000 in the Community Punishment Program Fund (CPP), Increasing salaries and ERE's by $212 and increasing supplies and services by $788.
15. Superior Court/Adult Probation: Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution No. 17-88, increasing budget authority by $5,000 in the Drug Treatment Education Fund (DTEF).
16. Superior Court/Adult Probation: Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution No. 18-124, increasing budget authority by $17,900 in the Adult Drug Court Grant (DC).
17. Financial Services: Adopt Resolution No. 2018-12, updating the Yuma County Comprehensive Purchasing Policy's Exhibit A of the County's list of approved Yuma County State or Similar Contractors by the addition of National IPA and removal of The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN) as an approved resource for the acquisition of services for Yuma County.
18. County Attorney: Authorize the Chairman to sign an Intergovernmental Agreement Cooperative Purchasing Group between Yuma County and Yavapai County to gain access to and take advantage of the Strategic Alliance for Volume Expenditures.
