Special exception for addition to dwelling under 223, in the R-3 at 3128 P St NW (2E)
Pursuant to 11DCMR § 3103.2, for variance from the lot area requirements (section 401) to allow the conversion of and addition to an existing building into an apartment house in the R-4 District at premises 901 D Street, N.W. (Square 938, Lot 809).
Pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow a second story addition to an existing one-family detached dwelling under section 223, not meeting the side yard (section 405) requirements in the R-1-B District at premises 3014 South Dakota Avenue, N.E. (Square 4340, Lot 821).
Pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the parking space location requirements under subsection 2116.12, for a mixed-use (grocery store and apartment house) development in the C-3-C District at premises 800 New Jersey Avenue, S.E. (Square 737, Lot 76).
Pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the height and story limitations under section 400.1, and a variance from the nonconforming structure requirements under subsection 2001.3, to allow the renovation of and fourth floor additions to two apartment buildings in the R-3 District at premises 11 50th Street, S.E. and 4945 Ayers Street, S.E. (Square 5331, Lots 32 and 33).
Pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3104.1, for a special exception to allow the continuation of a parking lot under section 213 (last approved pursuant to BZA Order No. 17049) in the R-1-B District at premises 2310 and 2320 31st Street, N.W. (Square 4365, Lots 805 and 806).
Pursuant to 11 DCMR § 3103.2, for a variance from the lot area requirements under subsection 401.3, to convert a substance abuse treatment facility into an apartment building in the R-4 District at premises 1318 – 1320 Harvard Street, N.W. (Square 2855, Lot 79).
Pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3104.1 and 3103.2, for a special exception under section 223, not meeting the lot occupancy requirements (section 403), a variance from the parking space dimensions requirement under subsection 2115.1, and a variance from the garage setback requirement under subsection 2300.2(b), to allow a detached garage addition serving a one-family dwelling in the R-4 District at premises 1120 Park Street, N.E. (Square 987, Lot 8).
Pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3100 and 3101, from an April 3, 2013 and May 28, 2013, decision by the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs to issue building permits authorizing the construction of an apartment building in the R-5-D District at premises 5333 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. (Square 1873, Lot 128).
