As amended, pursuant to 11 DCMR Subtitle X, Chapters 9 and 10, for a special exception under the penthouse requirements of Subtitle C § 1504.1, and variances from the expansion of nonconforming structure requirements of Subtitle C § 202.2(b), the expansion of gross floor area of nonconforming use requirements of Subtitle C § 204.1, the lot occupancy requirements of Subtitle F § 304.1, and the rear yard requirements of Subtitle F § 305.1, to allow the construction of an exterior egress stairwell to an existing hotel in the RA-5 Zone at premises 1201 13th Street, N.W. (Square 281, Lot 46).
