Pursuant to 11 DCMR §§ 3104.1 and 1902.1, for special exception from the roof structure provisions under subsection 411.5, a variance from the off-street parking requirements under subsection 2101.1, and a variance from the parking space size requirements under section 2115, to allow a mixed use project with ground floor retail and residential above in the ARTS/C-3-A District at premises 1617 14th Street, N.W. (Square 240, Lot 160).
