Public Works: Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute §11-936: a) Set November 5, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. as the date and time for a public hearing to receive public comment and take action to adopt a resolution describing the powers and duties of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, rescinding Resolution No. 97-78, Paragraph 7, Section P&R3, and rescinding Resolution No. 98-61 in its entirety, and; b) Authorize and direct staff to publish notice of the public hearing together with the text of said resolution.
