4. Clerk of the Board: Recommend State approval of a bingo license application submitted by the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Foothills #4538 for bingo games to be held at 11274 S. Fortuna Rd. Suite B8, Yuma, Arizona 85367 on Monday afternoons. BOS recommended approval
5. Clerk of the Board: Action to declare the official newspaper of the county to be the Yuma Sun, 2055 South Arizona Avenue, Yuma, for all advertising, publications and printing required to be done or made by all departments of county government, for the period July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. 6. Recorder/Elections: Authorize the Yuma County Recorder to hire Mary C. Fontes as the Elections Director, Position No. 2305.001, Grade 133, Step14.5 with an annual salary of $83,262, $40.03 hourly rate (above midpoint), effective June 17, 2019. Approved as presented
7. County Administration: Authorize the Chairman to sign a letter on behalf of the Board of Supervisors to US Congressional representatives in support of infrastructure improvements to San Luis Port of Entry I. Approved as presented
8. Free Library District: a) Acknowledge the receipt of a $33,889.64 donation from the Ruth E. Miller Trust; and b) Adopt Budget Amendment Resolution No. 19-99 to increase budget authority by $33,890. Approved as presented
9. Development Services: Approve the construction plans for the Smucker Park Detention Basin Project (CIP No. 3.9703) and authorize the Department of Development Services to advertise for bids. 10. Superior Court/Juvenile Court: Award a contract to Wellpath in the amount of $283,992 for medical services to the Juvenile Detention Center, and authorize the Juvenile Court Director to execute the necessary documents to initiate provision of services for FY 2019-20. Approved as presented
