Approval/authorization for the Chairman to execute a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Eddie Kenon Smith on the Harbins Road Interchange at SR 316 project, including authority to execute any and all documents necessary to consummate the transaction. This agreement involves the purchase of 6.482 acres, more or less, of fee simple right of way, and 5,296.04 square feet, more or less, of permanent easement, 10,346.28 square feet of temporary demolition easement, 4,728.95 square feet of temporary driveway easement and 293.27 linear feet of limited access rights for construction at a cost of $645,000.00.
