Approval/authorization for the Chairwoman to execute Change Order No. 1 with the Evermore Community Improvement District (CID) for a new access road from Hewatt Road to Britt Drive. The proposed change order amends the original agreement to shift remaining expenses to the 2014 and 2017 SPLOST programs as well as adjust the Evermore Community Improvement District's contribution to the project. Subject to approval as to form by the Law Department. (Staff Recommendation: Approval)
